How does this app work ?
MORNING ROUTINE:

Every day, one of your final tasks will be to set a morning routine for tomorrow:
- set the time for when your routine will start and end
- write down what are you grateful for, this will help you start with a mindset gratefulness
- write down which are the tasks you want to complete
Every day when your routine ends select which tasks were actually completed.
SESSIONS:

Every day you have 4 sessions where you will accomplish more than you did before. By using the Pomodoro Technique this sessions will separated by short breaks.
- decide which tasks needs to be done
- set how long youll focus on the task and how long will you "refresh" after
- when timer expires, choose how productive and disciplined you were (1 - 10) and what was your biggest accomplishment.
Every 10 days you will be quizzed on your improvements.
